Is acupuncture safe and effective?

Acupuncture is safe and effective. Acupuncture can also be preventative contributing to a deeper healing rather than simply taking care of symptoms. Even healthy individuals can benefit from the added benefits of enhancing overall vitality as well as its profound effect on psychological and emotional well-being. Unlike the hollow, serrated needles used to inject or extract, acupuncture needles are extremely fine making them relatively painless. Strict national standards ensure safety and sterility at all times thus minimizing the risks of injury & infection.
